Kailash Chander Jain & Associates is formed in the year 1951 when Sh. Kailash Chander Jain had laid the foundation of the firm. He graduated in B.A. in the year 1950 and started practicing as Income Tax Practitioner. He obtained the degree of law in the year 1964. He possessed a great knowledge of law and appeared before various Income Tax Appellate Tribunals. He had an experience of 56 years when he died in the year 2007.
His son Suresh Jain, Advocate has joined him in the after graduating in law from __ in the year 1983. He possessed the vast knowledge in the field of Income Tax renowned Tax Advocate in Sangrur and Patiala District.
Gitesh Jain, Advocate had joined the firm in the year 2010 after completing his 3.5 year of CA internship. He has cleared CA intermediate and graduated in law in the year 2016. He has knowledge of Income Tax and GST.
Mansi Jain, Advocate had joined the firm in the year 2018. She has vast knowledge of Civil Law, Motor Accidental Law etc. At present she is Central Government Counsel and practicing in Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court.
Vasudha Jain, Advocate is also graduated in Law from BGCL in the year 2016. She had joined the firm in 2017 and mainly practicing in GST.
